These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sprite Sheet Maker at spritesheetmaker.app (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Acceptable Use policy.

1. The Service

Sprite Sheet Maker is a browser tool for packing image frames into a sprite sheet and exporting PNG plus atlas metadata. Packing runs on your device. We do not generate characters with AI on this site.

2. Your content

  • You must have the rights needed to use the images you pack.
  • You keep ownership of your frames and of the files you export.
  • We do not claim a license to your frames, because the public maker does not receive them.

3. License to the website

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the public website for lawful packing. You may not copy, scrape, or reverse engineer the Service in a way that harms us or other users, bypass access controls, or use the brand as if we endorsed your game without permission.

4. Prohibited use

You must follow the Acceptable Use policy. You may not use the Service to pack or distribute illegal content, including CSAM, or to infringe others' intellectual property.

5. Accounts and paid features

Sign-in and paid plans may be added later. If they are enabled, additional billing terms will apply. Credits or subscriptions, if offered, are not guaranteed to stay priced the same forever.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that:

  • Output will match every game engine's importer without edits
  • The site will be available without interruption
  • Packed sheets are free of third-party IP claims — that depends on your source frames

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, or damages arising from your use of the packing tool or from files you export.

8. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms or discontinue features. Continued use after a posting means you accept the new Terms. We may block access for violations.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
