Acceptable Use
Effective Date: September 13, 2026
Last Updated: September 13, 2026
This policy applies to everyone who uses Sprite Sheet Maker. Packing happens in your browser, so we do not scan your frames on our servers. You are still responsible for what you pack and how you publish the result.
1. Allowed use
Use the tool for lawful game, animation, or UI work with frames you own or have a license to use, including commercial projects.
2. Not allowed
- Illegal content. Anything you are not allowed to possess or distribute under applicable law.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any sexual, pornographic, exploitative, or abusive content involving anyone 17 or under, whether real, fictional, or generated. Zero tolerance.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery. Packing or distributing NCII or similar abuse material.
- Infringement. Packing copyrighted art, trademarks, or other IP you do not have rights to, except where a valid exception applies.
- Abuse of the website. Attacks, scraping that degrades the service, or bypassing access controls.
3. Why there is no prompt screening
This product is not a generative AI studio. There is no server-side NSFW filter on your frames. If you create an account later, we may still suspend it for reports that show a violation of this policy.
4. Reporting
Report suspected prohibited use to support@spritesheetmaker.app with the subject "Report prohibited content." Include a URL and a description. Do not email CSAM files.
We may restrict access, keep limited records of reports, and contact law enforcement when required. Child safety reports are prioritized.
5. Updates
We may update this page at any time. Questions: support@spritesheetmaker.app. See also the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
